Overview（概述）
Thisconditionischaracterizedbythedeathofanareaofcartilageandboneinthekneejoint.Thedeadsectionmayremaininplace,formingalesion,oritmayloosenandpartiallydetachfromthesurroundingbone.Itmaybreakaway 膝关节剥脱性骨软关节炎表现为一个区域内的膝关节软骨和骨的死亡。死亡的部分可以保持在原位，形成病变，或者会松开并部分地从周围的骨脱离。它也可能完全断裂并漂浮在关节内。
Causes（原因）
Thecauseofosteochondritisdissecansisnotknown.Itisbelievedtobelinkedtoarestrictionofthebloodsupplytotheendofthebone.Thefemuristhebonethatismost 剥脱性骨软骨炎的病因尚不清楚。有人认为与骨骼末端血液供应的减少有关。股骨是最易受累及。剥离性骨软骨炎可能是由膝关节急性创伤或关节重复应力引起的。参加跑步和跳跃运动的运动员更为常见。这种情况也可能与动脉阻塞或遗传因素有关。
Symptoms（症状）
Themostobvioussymptomofosteochondritisdissecansispainthatincreaseswithphysicalactivity.Thekneemayalsoweaken,anditmaybe 剥脱性骨软骨炎最明显的症状是随着体育活动的增加疼痛加重。膝关节也会变得无力，可能有肿胀和触痛。病人可能无法完全弯曲和伸展膝关节。如果一个碎片断裂，并在关节中停留，膝关节在运动期间可能会出现弹响和交锁。
Treatment（治疗）
Treatmentoptionstypicallyincluderest,akneebrace,andphysicaltherapy.Inmanycases,thekneewillhealonitsown.Ifitdoesnot,orifaloosefragmentisfloatingwithinthejoint,surgerymaybeneeded.
治疗措施通常包括休息、膝关节支具保护和物理治疗。在很多情况下，膝关节会自行愈合。如果没有愈合，或有松散的碎片漂浮在关节内，可能有必要进行手术。
